Preston Campbell Foundation Lottery draws are conducted by, and in aid of the charitable services of, NORTEC Employment and Training Limited, ABN 88129092280 (Beneficiary) operations throughout Australia.
The 1st Prize winner will be contacted by their supplied phone number (s) and email. All Prize winners are notified in writing within 7 days from the draw via email or mail. Results are published online on the Winners page at www.pcflottery.org.au on the day of the draw.

To be eligible for the Aspire Club Supporter Prize Draws you must be a PCF Lottery Aspire Club Supporter at the date of entry into the relevant Aspire Club Supporter draw with a successful ticket purchase in an open PCF Lottery, one (1) entry per ticket purchased in an open PCF Lottery with an Aspire Club membership attached. A PCF Lottery Aspire Club Supporter is defined as a supporter that has an ongoing automatic subscription order of one (1) or more tickets purchased via Credit Card or PayPal. All Aspire Club ticket purchases are eligible for the Aspire Bronze Club Prize Draw. Purchase at least four (4) tickets ($20) for entry to the Aspire Club Silver Prize Draw. Purchase at least ten (10) tickets ($50) for entry to the Aspire Club Gold Prize Draw. Purchase at least twenty (20) tickets ($100) for entry to the Aspire Club Platinum Prize Draw. All draws are conducted at L11, 135 Coronation Drive, Milton QLD 4064 following the Major Prize Draw. Winners are advised via their nominated phone and/or email address after the draw.
** Tickets purchased through an existing Aspire Club membership will be automatically entered into the Early Bird draw and be eligible to win as per the Aspire Club membership eligibility.
PCF Lottery is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all tickets purchased in our Lotteries. Tickets in the current Lottery may be returned and cancelled before the close of the Lottery for a full refund of the ticket price. All tickets not returned by the closing date will be valid for the Draw and therefore able to win a prize so cannot be refunded. PCF Lottery may at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, refund after the lottery has been drawn.
